Your Right to Data Deletion
At NanoBanana AI, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains what data we store, how to request deletion, and what happens when your data is deleted.
What Data We Store
When you use NanoBanana AI, we may collect and store the following types of data:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and authentication method (Google, email code)
- Subscription and billing data: Plan type, payment history, credit balances
- Generated content: AI-generated images and videos you have created
- Support tickets: Messages and attachments submitted through our support system
- Usage data: Generation history, feature usage statistics
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:
- Email: Send a deletion request to support@officialnanobanana.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
- Support ticket: If you are logged in, create a support ticket with the category "Account & Login" and request data deletion.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
Upon receiving your verified data deletion request, we will:
- Permanently delete your account and profile information
- Remove all AI-generated images and videos from our servers
- Delete your support ticket history and attachments
- Remove your subscription and credit balance records
- Delete your email address from any mailing lists
We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted.
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may be required to retain some data even after a deletion request, including:
- Legal obligations: Transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes
- Fraud prevention: Limited data necessary to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity
- Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
Any retained data will be kept only for as long as legally required and will be securely deleted afterward.
Third-Party Data
If you signed in using a third-party service (such as Google), deleting your NanoBanana AI account does not affect your third-party account. To revoke NanoBanana AI's access to your third-party account, visit that service's settings page directly.
