How do credits and resolutions work?
Each generation costs credits based on the resolution you pick: 1K and 2K cost 1 credit per image, 4K (the default) costs 2 credits, and 8K costs 4 credits. Multiplying by the number of variations you generate gives you the total. The cost is shown next to the Generate button before you confirm.
I was charged for a generation that failed — can I get the credits back?
Yes. If a generation fails after credits were deducted, open a ticket with the date and prompt and we'll refund the credits to your account, usually the same day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via PayPal (no PayPal account required) and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, more). All plans renew automatically; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Can I use the images and videos commercially?
Yes. Anything you generate on a paid plan is yours to use — including for client work, social media, ads, books, and merch. There are no watermarks on any plan.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Visit our data deletion page or open a ticket. We process erasure requests within 7 days as required by GDPR/CCPA.
