You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Generated Content and Third-Party Rights

As between you and NanoBanana AI, we do not claim ownership of eligible generated output. Rights in AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction and may be affected by prompts, uploads, provider terms, and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, registrable, or suitable for a particular commercial use. We do not intentionally add watermarks to paid-plan output.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content involving minors
Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
Resell or redistribute the service itself
Use automated tools to abuse the platform

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to their terms (daily or monthly). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

NanoBanana AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
