NanoBanana AI provides AI-powered image and video generation services. Users can generate visual content using various AI models by providing text prompts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate using our platform. You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use generated content for any purpose, including commercial use. We do not add watermarks to generated content on paid plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content involving minors
Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
Resell or redistribute the service itself
Use automated tools to abuse the platform

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to their terms (daily or monthly). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

NanoBanana AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
